Itty Bitty Sports

Itty Bitty Sports – Soccer, Basketball, Gymnastics
Pee wee players of every level benefit from this child-development program featuring fun classes that include creative teaching based on your child’s own developmental stage. Children receive an introduction to sports in a non-competitive and age-appropriate atmosphere that helps build listening skills, cooperation and teamwork.
Ages: 2-3 years child and parent; 3-4 years; 4-5 years (gymnastics is 1-4 years)
When: Once each week for 50 minutes. Child and parent classes are 40 minutes. Program runs year round on a month-to-month basis.
Cost: $52 monthly

Youth & Adult Sports

Adult Coed Soccer
Get a great workout, meet people and have a blast while playing one of the world’s most popular sports. If you’re new, this is your chance to learn the sport. If you’re experienced, benefit from training exercises to improve your soccer performance. Sessions focus on individual offense, defense and overall ball skills. Each class includes 45 minutes of instruction and a 15-minute scrimmage.
When: Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Cost: $10 per class for 13 weeks (Free trial class!)

Basketball Academy (6-8 years; 9-13 years)
Youth learn game fundamentals from experienced coaches. The academy focuses on dribbling, shooting, passing, defense and overall teamwork. Classes are held on top-quality wood courts with height-adjustable backboards.
When: Once each week for 50 minutes
Cost: $52 monthly

Basketball Pickup Games (x-x years)
According to HealthStatus.com, one hour of half-court basketball burns about 670 calories. A full-court 60-minute session cooks almost 900 calories. Burn energy and get in the game with others who love hoops.

Gymnastics (18 months-12 years)
Our certified instructors from Go For It USA teach top-level gymnastics techniques while providing encouragement and guidance.
When: Once each week for 50 minutes

Las Vegas Volleyball Academy (8-18 years)
Male and female players at developmental and competitive levels get to the next level offensively and defensively in a fun, friendly environment. The
academy includes drills and scrimmages designed to teach and improve passing, hitting, serving, setting, communication and teamwork.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8:45 p.m.

Shotokan Karate (6-14 years; 15 years+)
Improve discipline, self-confidence, memory, strength and much more under the direction of Sensei Catalin Neagu, a 5th degree black belt who has trained nationally and internationally for the past 30 years. He is a chief instructor and head coach of the J.K.A. Romanian team.
When: Two times each week
Cost: $67 monthly

Soccer (6 years+)
Boys and girls participate in a fun, challenging soccer experience that focuses on fundamentals and skills while providing excellent conditioning. Classes include non-competitive scrimmages.
When: Once each week for 50 minutes
Cost: $52 monthly

Sport Class Trials – FREE!

Tae Kwon Do (5 years+)
Youth learn Olympic-style Tae Kwon Do techniques from instructor Allan Agustin. Beginner and intermediate classes are available.
When: Three times each week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays for 50 minutes
Cost: $84 monthly

YMCA Academics & Sports Program
As part of your YMCA membership package, your child can receive tutoring and participate in a sports activity while you work out. What a value!
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Cost: FREE with your YMCA membership package

YMCA Cheerleaders (6-11 years)
Teamwork is the key component of our non-competitive cheerleading program. Youth benefit from non-stop action, including time to practice cheers, chants and dances. A uniform is not needed.
When: Once each week for 50 minutes
Cost: $52 monthly
