Body Fat Analysis
Have a skinfold test done to determine your amount of lean muscle tissue. It takes only 10-15 minutes and includes a free blood pressure reading upon request.

Buddy Personal Training
A trainer helps you and your friend achieve your individual fitness goals.
Cost: Three one-hour sessions for $212; Eight one-hour sessions for $350
Exercise Equipment Orientation (13 years+)
As a member, you receive a FREE introduction to the proper use of our cardio and circuit strength equipment.
Day 1: Cardio introduction
Day 2: Strength introduction – upper body
Day 3: Strength recap and introduction – lower body

High School Sport-Specific Personal Training (14 years+)
Become a total athlete and get the necessary tools and edge to succeed in your sport. Improve your game with cutting-edge speed and agility training coupled with strength and nutritional programs. These off- and in-season workouts are designed to help you succeed at any level.
When: Sessions are 1.5 hours and meet three times weekly for a month. Please call the program director at (702) 476-6472 to make your appointment.

Personal Training (13 years+)
A trainer helps you formulate exercise goals and assist with your exercise format and execution.
Cost: Three one-hour sessions for $166; Five one-hour sessions for $230; Eight one-hour sessions for $297
Program Design (13 years+)
Achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively through a personal fitness workout with a trainer.
Cost: $61
Small Group Fit Camps (16 years+)
Get on the right fitness path with the help of an instructor leading the workout. Learn a variety of training techniques for your own information and to incorporate into your workouts. Each session includes various cardio and strength exercises. It’s the perfect way to make friends and incorporate exercise into your life.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5-6 p.m.
